And here at Plum Deluxe, we love to give our veggies the gourmet treatment. This easy side is one magical way to get any picky eater in your family to eat peas. It’s quick and delicious.
Makes 4 servings
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup grated/shredded Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Cook peas for 5 minutes in a pot of boiling water; drain.
Melt butter in the same saucepan, add cheese, salt and pepper, and peas; stir to coat. Serve hot.
Watch out, though, these peas will be gone before you know it!
