Come walk through fields of lavender as I introduce you to Lavender Iced Tea Recipes for Morning and Night.

Mornings can be hectic and stressful, trying to get everything prepared for the day. I find making it a point to take a few minutes for myself into a focused mindset extremely helpful. And since tea is pretty much the greatest thing ever, I make it part of the ritual. Lavender Daydream Sweet Iced Tea is a simple recipe to help get your brain in gear.
Unwinding at the end of the day is one thing I always look forward to and having a cup of tea in hand is a must. The Lavender Chocolate Dessert Latte is perfect for nights when you’re craving something extra special before bedtime, while also needing to soothe your mind. The velvety taste of chocolate pairs stupendously with the calming effects of lavender.

Morning Routines & Evening Remedies

Lavender is most commonly used in aromatherapy. The fragrance from the oils of the lavender plant is believed to help promote calmness and wellness, so starting the day off with a cup of lavender tea should help you feel ready to take on all that the day brings you.
Back in the day, people would stuff their pillows with lavender in order to help with insomnia. Today, that same principle is used to treat headaches and nervousness or restlessness, which are all common things that can keep you awake at night.

How to Make Lavender Sugar

Lavender sugar is a quick way to zhuzh up tea time without a whole lot of extra work. To make it, you simply need to blend together some sugar and lavender petals. The easiest way to do this is by tossing some sugar and a few petals into a coffee grinder.
If you don’t have a coffee grinder at hand, you can pour the sugar and lavender petals onto a cutting board and rub them together with the back of a spoon. This will help extract the oil inside the lavender petals while grinding it into the sugar.

Tips for Dreamy Foam

From classic latte foam to flavor-infused cold foam, it’s obvious that foam toppings for coffee and tea drinks are becoming wildly popular. Getting the right consistency with foam sometimes takes a little more than just frothing up some milk.
To get a dreamy, creamy foam consistency for this dessert latte, I combined heavy cream with my go-to coffee creamer. Creamer and half & half will whip up pretty well on their own, but combining coffee creamer with heavy cream will create a more stabilized foam that’s sweet and flavorful like your coffee creamer of choice.
These lavender iced tea recipes for morning and night are just a little sample of how you can combine the power of lavender and tea together. I hope they inspire you to come up with your own calming concoctions. I wish for focused mornings and calming evenings to you all.
