EQUIPMENT:
- Mug
- Milk frother
- Loose leaf tea filter bags
- Pot and stovetop for heating milk
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 heaping tsp of Mont Blanc Black Tea
- 8 oz your favorite milk (dairy or plant-based)
- Vanilla Sugar Dust (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a small saucepan, carefully warm up your milk on low to medium heat. While that is warming, place a heaping tsp of Mont Blanc Black Tea into a filter bag and lightly twist the top. As your milk comes to a very low boil, add in your filter bag of tea. Remove from heat. Give the concoction a mix and cover. Let steep for 5 minutes, then remove filter bag.
Froth the milk: Grab your trusty milk frother! Briefly plunge it into the warm milk and turn it on. Gently tilt the mug as you froth, creating a thick and creamy microfoam.
Tip: Don't overheat the milk or over-froth! Aim for a smooth, velvety texture, not stiff peaks.
