Honestly, I think she might have been intimidated by such an honored occasion (and I admit the balance in this recipe has to be just right to pull off the fruit and mint combo), but you take a sip and decide.
When I think of wild strawberry, I think of floral notes — like rose or violet — and more sweetness, and the apple pieces pull those out even more. The mint provides a constantly fresh palate for these wonderful flavors to dance upon. — Andy

BREWING TIPS:
Try a longer steep for more strawberry notes; the addition of honey brings out more delicate flavors. Strong recommend for a cold brew iced tea.

I usually lean towards teas with flowers but fruit usually doesn’t hit the spot for me. This one however is a perfect blend for my tastebuds. The strawberry is definitely strong and hits just right. The floral notes are there but not in your face. I brewed at 212 for 5 minutes and added a splash of creamer and 1/2 tsp of cane sugar. I found it on the secret menu after joining TOTM and I instantly regretted not ordering more before it disappeared.

Overall good but not great for me.
I enjoyed it both plain and with a splash of creamer. I'm like a bit more strawberry flavor to compliment the hibiscus next time.

Refreshing!
I didn't care for this tea when brewed hot, but then I tried it iced and fell in love. It's my favorite tea to cold brew because the combination of strawberry and mint is so refreshing.
