I normally like my flowers in a vase, not in my cup or on my plate. This tea is one of very few exceptions. The lavender gives a very light floral note that is complimented by the cocoa overtones. Honeybush tea is the perfect vehicle for this delicate dance of flavors. It doesn't need anything to enhance the flavor but a favorite tea cup and a comfy chair.
