Founder of Plum Deluxe and chief tea maker at our Portland studio. Picturing lab coats and giant machines? It's nothing like that. Our process is quieter, and a lot more personal.
Every blend starts with a moment I want it to fit — a tea for a good book, a holiday table, a quiet evening after a big meal. I blend a few test batches, steep, sip, adjust, and do it again. Only the best make it into a club shipment.
