This goes great with chicken dishes, like our herb-crusted roasted chicken or mango chicken.
Makes 4 servings
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup grated/shredded Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Cook peas for 5 minutes in a pot of boiling water; drain.
Melt butter in the same saucepan, add cheese, salt and pepper, and peas; stir to coat. Serve hot.
Watch out, though, these peas will be gone before you know it!
