Besides being hot comfort in a mug, this is wonderfully refreshing as a cold brew. With its versatility, I want to try making a concentrate for Thai tea. I think this tea would taste amazing as the base. Stay tuned…

I never would've added elderberry to a black tea (definitely for green, white, & herbal), but this works so well! The orange adds a bit of oomph too!
