And we haven't done many chesnut specific teas for the herbal folks, so I decided to give it a try. One previous blend that our customers continue to talk about was "Snowy Mountain," which was a riff on the French dessert mont blanc - it's basically a chesnut creme. Chestnut needs a little body, which is why this tea is a decaf black to give it that structure to let the flavor notes stand out.
This blend is a great latte. Or just add a splash of cream and top with whipped cream that will make you feel like a million bucks!

Make this a year-round addition to your decaf tea roster! PD does decaffeinated tea so very well and I'm shocked that there aren't more flavors available in decaf. This one was a big hit and I hope it, or other rich decaf offerings - come soon!
