You tea is excellent!
However, I feel it took way too long for your company to prepare my order and ship it out. Luckily, I ordered just in time for it to reach my Granddaughter’s 13th birthday! When I reached out to your customer service, I felt I was “brushed off!” I was not happy with her response.
This was my very first time ordering from your company, I was excited! But disappointed in the length of time it took to receive my purchase and more disappointed in customer service rep.

I LOVE the sampler packs, tasting a new tea a few times a week is such a fun treat! Even if it's not my favorite tea it's always interesting to learn and take notes which favors I like or don't like.

Love these sampler kits!
I love getting these sampler kits! I love to try new teas without the commitment of something larger. If I like them, I get more. It's a great way to try something you might not ordinarily pick. They also have a fantastic price point, so I buy them for gifts, too.
