Did any of the tea recipes change?  

Absolutely not. These changes are purely visual.

I placed an order and have received mixed labeling. Are the old labeled teas not fresh? 

Everything is still fresh. We are making tea daily, but we’re a small business and it’s just not possible for us to change every tea label overnight. Our new labels can’t easily be placed over the old labels, and we certainly don’t want to throw out recently-made teas just because the labels are not changed. We expect to reset labels entirely by late November.

I prefer the old packaging. Will I be able to purchase that instead? Unfortunately, we are transitioning quickly over to the new packaging option.

Is your new packaging compostable?  No, due to the complexity of this change, we’re making it in two phases, starting with the new labeling and then the bags will switch to compostable at the beginning of the year. Our goal is to eliminate all single-use plastics from our processes by 2023.
