Entries will be automatically calculated and submitted to our third party administrator in order to conduct a random drawing, which will also include all eligible mail-in entries, to determine our winner.  Winner announced on May 21st. 

FAQ

What counts as an entry?

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $1 spent on in our online shop, excluding discounts and/or shipping charges. Sale will be rounded up to the next $1 dollar increment.  During the month of April, items purchased from our British-themed collection will earn ten (10) entries for every $1 spent.

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win.  Eligible entrants can also mail-in entries and receive bonus entries by following the instructions in the Official Rules. 

Do I need a passport or visa if I am the winner?

Winner assumes all  responsibility for ensuring they have valid travel documentation for entering and exiting the United Kingdom.

Do gifts and gift card purchases count toward entries?

Yes, gifts and gift card purchases count! Each dollar spent on gift cards earns you one entry.

What exactly is included in the London Tea Adventure prize?

The prize includes round-trip airfare for you and a guest to London, a 3-night stay at a historic hotel in central London, afternoon tea for two at The Savoy, and $300 spending money for your London adventure.

When can I take the trip if I win?

The trip must be completed by December 31st, 2025.

Can I transfer the prize to someone else?

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. The winner must be one of the travelers.

Is there a limit to how many entries I can earn?

There's no limit! 

Do subscription purchases count toward entries?

Unfortunately, tea club recurring fees do not generate entries.  Only a la carte purchases from our shop are eligible.

If I return a product, what happens to those entries?

Entries earned from returned products will be deducted from your total entry count.

How can I check how many entries I have?

While we don't provide real-time entry tracking, you can estimate your entries based on your purchases. Every $1 spent equals one entry (or 10 entries for British-themed products during April).  Each mail-in entry will count as (7) entries , provided that the mail-in entry complies with the requirements stated in the Official Rules.
