My previous tea supplier only offered samples of a small percentage of their blends, which made it risky to try new things. So I really appreciate that just about all of the teas on offer here are available to sample first. I can brew a single sample three or four times without any appreciable lessening of the flavor.
I've discovered lots of blends I never would've tried if I'd had to buy a whole ounce, and learned that I do not like lavender. The only negative aspect is once the order is placed, there's no way to look back and see what samples I've asked for until they get here; I wish order comments would appear on the invoice. The wonderful Customer Happiness Specialist Nikki looked them up for me and I've started writing them down since then, but I'm lazy. When they arrive I cut the label off, make notes, and stick it to the fridge (because my memory is lazy, too).

I appreciate the opportunity to try new flavors in a small size before committing to buying larger quantities. The bags I purchased had two teaspoons each, enough to make two cups. I’ll buy these again when I’m ready to try some additional flavors.

I've been looking & ordering teas from several different companies and boy the differences are huge. most samples are big enough for 3 to 4 cups. Plum samples I can barely get 1 cup! I refuse to pay $10 for one sample meaning I would have to buy two samples to get one good cup... The delivery system is terrible also. It's very thin plastic that tears if you're not careful in all directions when you open it. Meaning your tea goes everywhere! This is not satisfactory knowing what the tea industry makes off of consumers. This is like the cheapest way possible to package this Now that I've been ordering from several companies. I do love some of the flavors but I'm totally disappointed with their packaging and the amount of tea you get to sample. I need 2 cups to make a decision! I like to make one hot and one cold. You have to choose with this. Mind you one tea sample pulled apart and my tea went everywhere so that's just a waste of money. money is too hard these days 2 be throwing it away

This is a good value but I don't like how small the samples are. I use 2 tsp in my tea and need at least 4 cups to decide if it's something I want to purchase down the road. 5 dollars for 3 samples is fair, price wise. But, I'd rather 5 dollars per sample for five 2 tsp cups of tea would be better.
