PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Steep 1 teaspoon in 8oz boiling water for 4-6 minutes.

Herbal goodness
I'm not usually a fan of Herbal tea, but I got this tea as a sample and I absolutely love it. I almost burned my mouth trying to drink it, (hot of course) but the flavors blend so well together I absolutely haveto get some and I put it in my cart for purchase. You can't go wrong with this one.

It's already 90 degrees where I live. Having a tall container of this brew as iced tea with lemon balm is a great start to my day. Its gentle flavors are reassuring, but not striking, whenever I want to be calm. I frequently make a container of this tea when I am playing Hand-Knee-Foot (a form of Canasta) with friends. The game is exciting, but the tea keeps me calm.
I also, make a cup of hot tea when I am relaxing at home. Either way, I love it!
