PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Little goes a long way
One of the better tasting valarian roots teas I've ever had. Personally not a fan of lemongrass in my teas, but it does provide a cooling effect. I steep about half of what I normally brew for other teas and it helps keep me asleep through the night. Recommend if you like earthy teas, have trouble staying asleep, and want to find a natural way of getting rest.
