Strawberry Refresher with Coconut Milk Recipe

Need a pick-me-up? Whip out the blender and try out this Strawberry Refresher with coconut milk recipe! You’ll be floating through strawberry fields forever.

Life is Good with Strawberries

Strawberry season is one of the best times of the year. Warmth in air. Dappled sunshine in the leaves. And of course, strawberry treats on the tea table: spoon cake, shortcake, buckle cake, bundt cake, scones, and jam—strawberries forever and ever and ever.

And when you want to drink your strawberries instead of eat them, there is strawberry tea!

Add a fruity twist to your black tea with Gratitude Blend, a scrumptious strawberry Earl Grey, or Strawberries and Cream, a dreamy delight with strawberries, vanilla, and a sprinkling of rose petals.

Treat yourself to paradise in a cup with Tropical Vacation green tea, coconut, pineapple, and strawberry pieces surfing a wave of green rooibos and vanilla essence.

Fans of fruity herbal teas will flip for Strawberry Immunity, a tea that is both delicious and good for your immune system with its combination of elderberry, echinacea, black current, and a medley of sweet berries. Or try Peach Bellini, the ultimate brunch tea, with its buffet of mango, apricot, pineapple, and strawberry pieces; boosted with orange peel, rose petals, peach and papaya essences.

This Strawberry Refresher with coconut milk combines the best of both world—tea snacks and strawberry tea!

It uses real strawberries and coconut milk, which gives it the flavor and substance to stand on its own as a tea treat, or it would pair wonderfully with any of your favorite strawberry snacks. Perhaps a boozy strawberry Earl Grey tiramisu or this gorgeous strawberry meringue cake! Or served alongside chai French toast or lemon ricotta pancakes for a breakfast of champions!

Plus, it uses your favorite strawberry tea as the base, to lean into those berry vibes!

Customizing Your Strawberry Coconut Refresher Recipe

This Strawberry Coconut Refresher recipe provides an excellent starting point for a frosty snack.

But.

Why not play a little?

Strawberry refresher is a super easy drink to customize, depending on what add-ins you think will boost your mood and create the best taste sensation to really refresh you in mind and body!

Perhaps you’re craving something tropical…toss in a handful of cubed pineapple or mango (or both!) to give your strawberry refresher a little extra punch. (Fruit punch, that is…)

Maybe you’re looking for a frosty dessert as the temperature starts to climb…swap out the ice cubes for ice cream for a low-guilt strawberry milkshake!

If you like a bit of bite, throw an inch or so of fresh ginger into the blender.

Try roasted strawberries for a deeper, richer flavor that is to die for.

If zing is your thing, supplement your strawberry tea with equal parts lemonade. Or go wild and cold brew your leaves directly in the lemonade.

Even if you’re using a black tea base, you can still go herbal—toss in a handful of fresh herbs to freshen up your refresher! Basil, mint, rosemary, lavender, even oregano. I would just steer clear of chives…

No matter what mood you’re in, there are tons of ways to play with this strawberry refresher recipe. Experiment with different combinations and get creative. Let your tastebuds take you down…because, in these strawberry fields, the flavor is real!
