It’s been a tough year for many, and thus it comes as no surprise that one of our most popular articles of 2016 was our Tea Before Bed, and 5 Other Bedtime Rituals for Mindful Sleeping. Getting good sleep is crucial for mental, emotional, and physical health — so anything you can do to ensure a good night’s sleep is important. There are a lot of evening ritual options, so pick from these options to see what will work best for you.
Although it was recently published, it is already coming up to be a hit: 22+ Creative Uses for Hot Chocolate Mix. We launched our own in-house hot cocoa mix in November (and have been almost sold-out every week since launch), so we published this companion piece to help folks decide how best to use their mix. Simple, nourishing cocoa mix has lots of options, so be sure to bookmark this one.
We love a good dessert, but a dessert with both tea and coffee? It sounds like culinary sorcery, but we would expect no less from our regular blog author Krista Bjorn.
