You'll have the opportunity to customize their first package (important if they're new to tea) and we'll include a hand-written notes.

If you happen to receive a tea that doesn't align with your preferences, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@plumdeluxe.com. We're committed to working with you to find a suitable replacement that better suits your taste buds. Or, we have a monthly tea swap in our Facebook group where you can trade the tea you don't like for one you know you do. Additionally, if there are specific ingredients you'd like us to avoid in your future shipments, please share those details with us, and we'll make sure to note them on your profile!

We want you to make sure you love every month’s tea without spoiling the surprise – which is why we remember exactly what you like. Set your ingredient preferences or sensitivities when you sign up, and we’ll make sure you never receive a tea with those ingredients.

We don’t overwhelm you or your tea stash. Instead, we only send you the best of the best: one (or two, depending on your subscription) unique, perfectly
balanced tea that you’ll never find anywhere else. Your package will contain a minimum 1 oz of tea, enough to make about 15 cups. And, as you build the healthy habit of tea drinking, we're sure you'll want even more!

Recurring subscriptions are billed at the interval you choose (monthly, quarterly, or annual) from your initial purchase date. And we know nobody likes money surprises, unless they’ve just won the lottery. So if you ever have questions about your renewal, email us at hello@plumdeluxe.com
